Reasons for Disapproval on the app: In case of any disapproval of your uploads, it might be because of one of the following reasons:
Unsuitable for the album(s) that you have uploaded into
Unsuitable album created on college page
Same/Similar images already uploaded by a different user
Blur/low quality images
Inappropriate uploads/captions (Any posts of malicious nature, or related to violence, harassment, false information, spam, hate speech, terrorism, nudity, and of such illicit or unwanted nature.)
Commondove reserves the right of discretion on approval/disapproval of any uploads. The decision of Commondove management team would be final in case of any approval/disapproval of images on the Commondove app.
PRODUCTS GENUINITY: Commondove strives to ensure that all the products listed on the Commondove App are completely genuine products from authorized sellers of any given product. To ensure that we verify it using the agreement between the product brand owner company and the authorized seller on Commondove.
PRODUCTS ARE REAL, NOT HOAX: In case a user finds a particular product interesting and tries to avail the discounts, but at the time of purchasing the product it is showing as out of stock, it is simply due to the product is out of stock, and it is never going to be due to any unfair modifications. The same product may be restocked, or new products would be stocked, products would be updated for purchase, but as Commondove what we ensure that these products are not here as a hoax. We have mentioned this because there are several apps or online platforms cheating consumers and we assure that we surely are not one of them.
LIABILITY: Although Commondove tries to fully ensure about genuinity of the products on sale, understand that Commondove is not selling these products but there are different authorized sellers selling these products, and therefore any issues with product or product delivery or any other aspect related to the transaction/selling/purchasing between the app user and the sellers on the app, Commondove will not be responsible in any manner and the liability stands with the product seller and the user. Thus, in case of any issues with the products or warranty related issues is the sole responsibility of the seller, and the buyer can contact the seller for the same.
SECURITY: Commondove is strictly against selling or purchasing of any fake products/counterfeit products/products in violation of any legal provisions. To ensure quality products delivered to you, we suggest users to record videos at the time of delivery when you unpack any delivered products to you, so that if in case there is any issue with the delivered product you have undeniable proofs. And, For the purpose of ensuring of products delivery, your submitted information like your address and contact number would be shared with the product seller and delivery partner.
Discount offers are valid for any product till it’s stock lasts, and stock would get updated according to the availability. So in case of any product out of stock, please wait for sometime till new updates.

Do not use any images already uploaded by someone else or very similar to images uploaded by someone else.
It is recommended that you use your own clicked images.
As your referrals and uploads will be reviewed, in case it is found that your uploads were not proper, you won’t be able to avail the discount until your uploads are proper and approved.
